i want to buy a remote control helicopter?

i want to buy a remote control helicpoter but i can only spend up to like $40.00 or less or maybe a lil bit more can i want an eletric small one maybe a micro can any one from person experionse tell me how they fly and how easy there are to handle and hover and maybe give me some webpages with them on it that would be great
