Also I am curious if it's possible at all to make large size electric models. Reason is that weight grows faster then the power with size. That's why electric models are mainly small.

By looking at the hover stability, I can say it's really big helicopter. Probably bigger then 60 gas size. Electric or gas - it's hard to tell, though I didn't notice any smoke. One thing I know is that some enthusiasts in Russia fabricate helicopters completely from scratch, making all the parts themselves. I've seen couple of such jobs on RC shows in NY.

Un prototype d'hélico militaire ou pas évoluerais pas dans ce genre d'endroits et encore moins avec des maisons a proximité ^^

Ce n'est pas un fake, si on regarde bien le rotor on peut voire les deux mini pales (je connais pas leurs nom) qu'on touts les hélico RC et dont j'en est jamais vue sur les vrais =)
